Each module is organized thematically, covering everything from foundational breathwork and concentration (samatha) to advanced awareness-based practices like Dzogchen, Mahamudra, and Self-Inquiry. You’ll learn loving-kindness and compassion meditations, mantra and devotional approaches, energy-body practices like chakra work and Tummo, and visualization meditations used in both Hindu Tantra and Vajrayana Buddhism.
