This beginner-friendly full-day retreat introduces you to the essence of Tibetan Buddhist wisdom in a practical, experiential format. You’ll learn what Tibetan Buddhism is, how its worldview differs from other forms of Buddhism, and how to begin incorporating its powerful meditative tools into your life.

The retreat format includes alternate periods of silent sitting and guided meditation practice, chanting, journaling, and dharma talks. Please note that there is no live interaction with the teachers during the learning modules, but teachers will be available to answer questions and receive feedback immediately afterwards.
